I work with people struggling with their own mind: the anxiety, the stress, the day to day grind. People who can't find meaning or joy in their experience anymore. People struggling to stay in a relationship, or to find one. People working out their relationship with their parents, their kids, or themselves, including how they eat, move, and look after their health.

I know what it is like to live without felt meaning and conscious directed intention. Through luck and grace, and years of darkness. I found study, initiatory experiences and real conversations helped me discover enough peace that I now hold space for people who feel the tender pull towards understanding the what and why and their place in the world. Not to mention how to deal with the insanity and tidal wave of bullshit that's constantly knocking at our doors!

The practical bit - I'm fully insured and regulated by the correct governing bodies. Every space I create is confidential, private, and built to be transformative for those who want it.
